DUI Attorney Amy Treanor Morell

Amy Treanor Morell attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. She graduated in 1994 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. Following graduation she worked as Deputy District Attorney in Marin county prosecuting those charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). After leaving the District Attorney's office she opened her own firm defending those charged with DUI. In 2005 she joined Kapsack & Bair, LLP.

Ms. Morell is a board member of the California DUI Lawyers Association and a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, and Women Defenders. She is licensed to practice in all California State and Federal Courts. She regularly attends DUI conferences and programs to keep current on DUI laws and defenses. She has also presented at the Nevada State Bar and has written several articles for various organizations concerning California DUI cases and DUI litigation throughout the country.
